You retain all applicable rights to your IP and Characters. I retain all rights to the works I create which include the right to re-distribute, promote and indirectly profit, as well as any rights afforded by Copyright Law.

Private commissions, which I will never post, and exclusively belong to you, are allowed at an additional 50% cost. If you only need me to hold off on posting for a few months, that is fine.

If you are a new client, I only begin work after payment is received.

I can refuse a commission for any reason.

If I have to cancel your commission for personal reasons, you will receive a full refund regardless of my progress on it.

I keep a short queue and track my commissions diligently. If you think I've forgotten about your commission, contact me.

Refunds are allowed, but I will keep the amount equal to the work I have done on the commission at the point you requested a refund.

(example) If I have completed the sketch, I will return your payment, minus the price of a sketch commission.

Major revisions to style, pose, and character details are only permitted during the sketch phase. This is your opportunity to catch any mistakes.

If you can red-line what you want, this helps me a lot.

Aside from correcting errors which clearly deviate from provided references, I have the right to refuse or request payment for edits beyond the sketch phase.

Edits after sketch range from $0-$40 depending on complexity, and may add a longer wait to your commission.

Please understand that I want to produce art that will make you happy. However, edits beyond sketch can be very painful to implement. The policy is to discourage post-sketch edits and nit picks. I will always correct my own errors in good faith for free.

Internal view or penetration closeup - 20% of base price.

Alternative angles or other close ups - In general, these are priced as separate commissions with a discretionary 20% discount. (e.g. if you want a close up on a character's face, this is considered a headshot commission). If you want these in frame with the original picture, the "alternate" with/without is free.

Headshot or behind closeup - 50% discount to final price.

"Half" body (roughly, waist-up or abdomen-down) - 30% discount to final price.

SFW & Not suggestive - 10% discount to final price. Does not apply to headshots.

Complex character — +1% to +80% of base price. This is discretionary, and depends on category. For example, plates and scales can introduce a lot of work for detailed shading.

Private commission (I will not post or share it) — +50% to final price.

Custom designs - +40% of base price. If you do not have a pre-existing drawing of your character or want me to design a character with you from the ground up in your picture, this fee accounts for the inevitable iteration. I will of course allow edits after sketch (within reason) as we discover your character's colors.

You submit the google form with accurate references, description, and Discord/FA contact info.

I will tell you whether I accept your commission and provide the asking price. I will ask clarifying questions. I may ask for additional references before accepting your commission.

Once we agree, you send payment.

I will produce the sketch, and send it to you for approval. I may do this multiple times if I have questions, but the final sketch you approve will be the linework (except "fully rendered" category, where I will show you a linework WIP).

You approve or give feedback on what to adjust. This is your chance to make changes without a fee. You may still request alternates or addons at this phase.

After you are happy with the sketch, I will proceed to finish the commission and contact you if I have questions along the way.

You may request WIPs at any point. However I work fast, so it's likely if I haven't finished your commission after sketch approval, I haven't started it either. (except for "fully rendered")
